basically means a person who is bad right? then the "ha ha" chuckle basically implies it as a joke. a babyish person who is not really that age, but older. simply put: a childish, foolish person.

Someone could be like:
" BRING IT 「CHUCKLESCHMUCK!」"

awkward chuckle

A polite gesture used to make a bad joke less awkward. But, in turn, creates an increasingly more awkward situation.

Often used at small cocktail gatherings with not enough hard liquor available, and weddings with cash bars.

At Uncle Grayson's funeral, Marly told that completely innapropriate joke that caused the awkward chuckle to ripple throughout the room.
