When you offer your friend a chinese cut, he gets horribly offended, you look stupid in front of your friends, and you feel like a complete douchebag. Your friend has to be Philipino for this to be the case.

referring to a tee shirt cut up in a sexual way. for example taking a men's tee shirt, cutting the neck out and cutting slits all along the back for maximum slut factor while wearing a tee shirt. while most slut cutters are college students, some can expand professionally to work at Ed Hardy.
