I hear ya

A common phrase Sean says often as a canned response to many of Jack's questions, comments, or concerns. Also, what he says when he can't really hear what you are saying but wants to focus on his HW and not you.

Jack, "Sean, I broke my leg"

Sean, "I hear ya."

An alternative way of saying "I'm joking", most commonly present in the North East of England (AKA Geordie land).
'Jackin' being a substitute for the word 'joking'.

Friend1: "I just saw an old lady pull her knickers down!"
Friend2: "WTH! Where?!"
Friend1: "Am Jackin ya chips man!"
