Something that is pertaining to being legit. For example you can be fuckin a girl that hasn't been around and still tight so their fore it is classified as 'certified fresh' or you can be sporting new gear such as shoes, clothes, or listening to brand new music that is off the hook, and it is considered 'certified fresh'.
