If I'm so smart then why are they stealing my ideas instead of using their own supposedly equally smart ideas? You're stealing them because they're worth more than literally anything else you could steal. Literally. Which is why the only equivalent recourse is the child murder. There is no split. You would need an entirely new category that goes beyond grand larceny to describe this. Super-Omega Larceny Minor (It's not supreme because I'm not the one doing it). But really!
