Thai Lean

A slang term for Thailand’s street version of “lean.” Unlike the American version that mixes codeine cough syrup with soda and candy, Thai Lean is almost always just kratom tea (namtom) combined with diphenhydramine (Benadryl) syrup or crushed tablets, sometimes with tramadol or other cheap medicines. While soda might be added occasionally to mask the bitterness The effect is a heavy, sedating high layered over kratom’s stimulant base, but it’s unpredictable and carries significant health risks.

Most dudes round here just drink Thai Lean without any soda, it hits harder that way.

Detroit Leaning

A sitting position, consistent of putting one’s weight onto a single ass cheek whilst leaning back and to the side, this is specifically expressed after a long night of anal sex.

The Buffet Lean

A position one assumes whilst eating at a buffet in order to store more food. The buffet lean is accomplished by placing the non-utensil using arm on the table, and leaning forward to vertically increase the size of the abdominal cavity, thus allowing for more food to be packed in.

"Damn man, i'm full. i spent 11 dollars on that buffet and i only had two plates!"
