The phenomenon is caused by complex urban life and random stimulations paralyses the person's communication skills and this situation pushes the individual into; a state of not being able to talk, not being able to get it out and communicate. All gets stuck and causes constipation in communication.

She is normally an outgoing person but lately she has been suffering from communication constipation.
