Bass-Slop

Bass Music that is just whole, half or quarter notes. It can also be used in a situation where there are certain requirements to tune down for less than 5 notes of that particular note required, and when accidentals have no meaning or affect to the bass part, besides just sitting there and being confusing. This can be used for any Bass, such as a double bass or bass guitar. We bassists will still play bass, not because we enjoy Bass-Slop but because we are proud of making it sound so good even though it looks so bad.

Carpet Bass

Carpet Bass is mythical fish often blamed for lost or missing items. Espeically for items that are dropped and then immediately can't be found. Carpet bass are know to be especially prevelent in dryers and the floors of cars.

Dammit, I dropped my lighter and now I can't find it. The carpet bass must have eaten it.
