Faced with the global COVID-19 pandemic, hostilities between nations seem to have vanished.

We are all in it together, all human and vulnerable to the same degree. If there can be a beneficial side effect to a devastating pandemic, it may be this awareness.

side plate spinnin'

When you have a main dish (relationship) and then several other people (side plates) that you're chatting, flirting, and boning. Your main dish is like meatloaf, you're familiar with it and you feel safe with it. The side plates are like grilled brussel sprouts, you're not sure the sprouts are gonna work out but you're feeling adventurous.

texas side sip

technique used to drink from a large moonshine-style jug whereas the consumer puts their pointer finger through the small jug handle, rests the jug on the outside of the same upper arm and lifts elbow to pour liquid into mouth from the jug.

The drinking vessel was too awkward to hold conventionally so I decided to use the texas side sip.
