The newspaper reported the perp's age, gender, height, weight, clothing and car but not his race. Of course, everyone knows it was a scuba suit.

Sloot suit (noun) – the outfit the common sloot (slut) wears at a social gathering such as a party, club, rave, etc.

Sloots can also be wearing boots, in which case they become sloots in boots

Frequently brought out in public, for example when trying to raise money for charity or at houseparties. Frequently alluded to as a 'fluffy', which can cause confusion should the speaker utter something along the lines of 'my fluffy is wet because I have just given it a wash'
