A certain Portugese fraud is one of these. Named Pristiano Penaldo. He asks for a penalty but he always misses. He plays in the camel league and his 9 year old fans he is a "GOAT" for only scoring tap ins.

"Please give me penalty" said Penaldo but the ref said he is a penalty beggar
