A modified name given by parents who want their child's name to be cute and unique, just like their precious little snowflake. Instead, it only causes everyone who has to spell the name to roll their eyes at the pretentious stupidity of the parents.

Telltale signs include the unnecessary doubling of letters, apostrophes, changing vowels to Y, and extra silent letters thrown in.

Examples include Krystall, Rhyley, Khandace, Myk'chelle, De'Wayne, Dillhon, and Brookhlyne.
