"gop" could be a playful and colloquial term meaning to incessantly chatter or talk in a repetitive or annoying manner. So, the message could be interpreted as asking someone to stop talking because they never seem to cease their constant and perhaps bothersome conversation.

1) Traditional nickname of Republican party, short for "Grand Old Party."

2) More recently, slang for a pizza topped with pepperoni, onion and green pepper.
