An alternate word for yes and/or simply a random word to annoy everyone in the vacinity. It is much more sick than saying yes, and only sickos use it, so use with caution. People that hear it from you for the first time will think you are a straight reet.

Adam-"What classes are you taking next quarter?"
Tyler-"Eeeyeah."
Adam-"Are you retarded?"
Tyler-"Eeeyeah."
Adam-"Shut the fuck up now."
Tyler-"Eeeyeah right."
