It's like this vapid rejection of stoicism where she calls on you to reject truth entirely and use lies and "creating your own narrative" to curate reality.

The cynic always talked about the light at the end of the tunnel since the tunnel was all he/she could see. Most people are already aware that what can go wrong usually will, what's the point in making something sound bigger and better than what it really is?
