Theres 90 miles from the coast of Cuba to Florida. Every year people are caught fleeing the crap going on in Cuba by swimming the 90 miles of shark infested water. Swimming the 90 is basically getting the frap out of what ever crap ur in.

An anime/cartoon block that comes on cartoon network after 10pm (Central Time). Was created after the early sucess of Space Ghost: Coast to Coast back in the late 90's and after the sucess of the anime block that was shown on late night saturdays. Adult swim is basically a combination of anime, cancelled fox cartoons and adult swim originals.

Tracing back the genesis of the phrase, you go back to the days of 1700s slavery in the USA, where it was used between slaves to bless another person. 'Swim good' is most likely an ode to the days when slaves were transported on ships, if you were to jump off, you would have to 'swim good' to make it any close to shore.
