Flannel Season

It is the time of the year during which it is acceptable to wear flannel (ex. - don't wear white after Labor Day). Flannel Season begins October 16th and runs through March 16th (the day before St. Patty's Day). However, this rule can be overridden if it is below 50F during the time that the flannel will be worn.

I can't wait for fall to get here because then flannel season will be right around the corner.

Seasoning American

A term used to describe those of urban ancestry who do not believe that using fresh vegetables or herbs in cooked dishes constitutes seasoning. If there are not enough powdered dried herbs to make the dish have a grainy consistency, then it would be considered "unseasoned", despite the fresh vegetables and herbs often being the same herbs that the group of people would use in powdered form. Often used in conjunction with unwashed chicken, a practice involving lathering a raw chicken in dish soap.

Synonymous with Basketball Americans and Urban Youth.

bullshit hurricane season

Bullshit Hurricane Season occurs in the United States from about mid-summer until election day every year. Every four years there is a marked increase in the severity of Bullshit Hurricane Season, this event coincides with the Presidential Elections. Bullshit Hurricane Season consists of:
-Mud-slinging political television ads which pile up the bullshit higher and deeper each day.
-Debates that include insults and character attacks
-Talking heads on TV and radio "personalities" who dissect and examine every piece of irrelevant minutiae

We are in the middle of Bullshit Hurricane Season so I will not be watching TV until the second week of November. I will be watching DVDs instead.

Hoody Season

usually of Mexican heritage, although the name comes from Greek, Italian, Spanish, roots. One hell of a guy, more of an introvert with good leadership and management skills. Loves women, a ladies man. The definition of a true player. Women cant get enough of him! He is smart, very open minded, non judgemental, sympathetic, loyal, passionate, sincere. On the other hand hes not very good at staying in one relationship. He gets bored with a routine and needs excitement like an adrenaline junkie. Don't get on his bad side cause he is known for not backing down no matter how small the incident. Does not argue much and does not get attached to things be it materials or relationships. Cocky at times, do not under estimate him. Fights like a beast and fucks like beast.
