A person, place, or thing that tries to be countercultural or edgy, but removes the offensive or weird elements to be more palatable to a mainstream audience. These are commonly found in deliberate attempts to gentrify neighborhoods, "craft" beers owned by major breweries, and recently built outdoor malls.

The Yardhouse is a great restaurant, but it has such a McHipster vibe.

To describe someone chubby, cute, very positive and sweet although not very smart.

Usually used in a context when someone speak in a really adorable manner and broken english. For example, "Um I will win the lottery, I can feels it"
