But, now the worst thing you can find are stoners.. And they are VERY friendly! Ushally found at the beach or at the local skate part.. Its a great place to visit. Theres plenty of stuff to do if you got the cash... The youth dominates this town... Also there are alot of skaters and surfers. Not that many tourist (Except on Sand Castles) are found but, plenty of locals...
P.s There is a gang there but, it pretty much died out. You still can find them once an awile romeing around the streets.. There known as IMP Raskals... Its an hispanic gang.. Ushually found on Palm AVE or 13th street. Which is the boarder line between Imperial Beach, CA and South San Diego, CA and also Nestor.
