The Word Froogie, is a slang term for an under achiever and a dirty person, Generally attributed to travelling Gypsies and People of Less fortune who are dirty and untidy.

The term started and is used exclusively in the British
Isles.

" Look at them froogies down the road, they have Diapers everywhere and trash is piling up in their house! "

" David, you're room is so messy! it looks like a froogie lives in here! "

Flooking

A malapropism of flood and looking-- driving around taking in all the buildings, items and debris both floating and under water from an otherwise innocuous Cat 1 Storm. This is what people-- including me, did after Hurricane Irene's big butt hit us last week!

Our power was out so we started up the vehicle and went flooking. It was amazing to see our rural county under water!
