Calling someone a penny is an insult. First you say, "you're like a penny", the person will then ask why. You then proceed to say that they are invaluable, flat, two-faced and is always in someone's pants. This insult is normally done to one of a female gender.

A Celina is someone who is very kind-hearted but mean at times but she means well and she is a very loving person who has a lot to give. She’s someone who you can trust wholeheartedly and talk about anything and she’ll be there through every step of the way. She’s tall and adorable and beautiful inside out. She cares about her loved ones and doesn’t hesitate to give people another chance no matter how much they hurt her because that’s just the type of sweet person she is. Always so giving and forgiving. Couldn’t love anyone more than a Celina. Celina’s are people who make your day and always make you smile even through the toughest of times. Their too special to let go, keep them.
