A school where the kids are dressed quite well. They are all one big family at the end of the day, especially when it comes to athletics. Somerset and Berkley have given birth to many famous athletes such as Tony Gaffney, Jerry Remmy, and more. SB Raiders are competitive and once they talk shit, they always back it up at the end. Expect any away game to have stands filled with SB fans and supporters. Their biggest rival are the Case Cardinals, Swansea. They have been rivals for about 45 years or more. They are famous for quotes such as , "bleed blue", "raider nation", "raider family". Watch out for the Raiders, they never give up, and never fail to brag about their tremendous wins.

Berkley Girl Diet

The Berkley girl diet, also abbreviated under the acronym "BGD", is a nutrition plan typical of a girl who resides in Berkley, MI or went to Berkley High School. The diet consists of a 10 or 20 MG Adderall, Starbucks espresso or tea drink in the morning, and a Marlbolo Red or American Spirit. In the afternoon or evening, instead of a Starbucks drink - it's replaced with none other than Taco Bell. This diet plan, although incredibly unhealthy, keeps these Berkley girls alive as it runs through their veins on a pretty consistent basis. It's most common for the girls that party heavily and want to be able to stay alert (and curb their appetite) for the rest of their day.

"Hey are you coming to Austin's pregame or are you gonna just meet us at the bar?"

"IDK I didn't really have time to eat but I'll just bgd and rally I guess. I'll meet you guys at Austin's eta 10"

Berkley

A place (nothing to do with California) formerly occupied by swillards (see "swillard") of the first order. Severe drinking most frequently leading to events of sheer audacity and stupidity (ie: haybales and broken fish tanks). Bordered on Crack Alley, the location of many a fine football and basketball games in the midst of drug deals (and according to legend: the raping of Chief Ike). Otis, the Fresh Abe, Chief Ike, LABH, Stussy, and Raybird were dishonored members.

The Berkley Shuffle

A dance that is done at Berkley High School in Berkley, Michigan.

This dance is always played as the last number at Homecoming, Prom, or etc. It's cue starts when Mr. Daas sings "Freshmen! Sophomores!" in the Berkley Rally Song. At that point, you hit your pelvis region and then throw your hands in the air and make a 'lasso' motion.

In order to perform this dance, everyone MUST be wearing eyeliner and have their hair in a perm.

Wow, that The Berkley Shuffle really hurt my pelvis.
