Saddle Bagging

When a gentleman is wearing short shorts, banana hammock, mankini or other skimpy lower wear and has each testical out each leg. Like a saddle bag on a horse or motorbike.

I'd wear my daisy dukes to the BBQ but am always Saddle Bagging 'em and it looks like two bald chicken heads gasping for air.
