Load Ghost is when it's been a while since a guy has blown his load... the massive amount of jizz that covers his chick's face causes her to run around the room going "Wooooooh".

It’s as if you died on the face of the earth, but in cyber space. This can be applied to let go of distractions that accompany social media.
