The most amazing guy in the world. He’s so funny and absolutely amazing. He makes you laugh so hard you just might pee. He makes the world a better place and everyone around him happy. Describes a very specific type of male. One who is usually blond but not always. The defining feature of a Shmuel Chase is someone who acts much older than their age, seemingly perpetually stuck in the 1930s.
