A shithead, can mean very stupid or being a bastard.

Origins: I made a doodle at school of a guy with a poop for a head. I called him Shitbert. He has a mother, Buttface.

"Look at Shitbert over there!" Note: It can replace a proper noun (such as a name) and keep the exact same grammar, as if it was said person's real name.
