Everyone was hooked on to these videos so users saw it as an opportunity to add jump scares or unsettling footage. The name originates from the first Family guy clip videos which contained someone closing a pipe with random objects instead of a mobile game. Nobody knows why it is an "incident" but thats what users call it.
