When you or your loved one experience a heart attack or other cardio issue that suddenly changes your life into a constant regimen of medicine, diet, and lifestyle adjustments along with lots of doctor appointments that destroy all the routines you had previously.

Me: oh, girl, you know I can't, that part of my life got heart attack jacked.

I used to love that restaurant but with my diet heart attack jacked, I haven't been there since last December.

mini heart break
