Usually used to describe sex. The bee refers to the male part of intercourse because of the sting being equivalent to the male genitals. The bird refers to the female part because of the cloaca, the excretory organ (e.g. "the hole"), birds have being equivalent to the female genitals.
In a YouTube Video in order to avoid demonetization:
