Translation for the layperson: it is basically a clean version of "fuck off," sans profanity. It is unlikely that one would say this to another without a justified/specific reason to be pissed at them. Basically, one is ordering the other to not talk to them, or even come near them. Preferably get out of their sight altogether.

As opposed to taking the time to do something by the numbers or per the provided instructions, you throw out the plan and proceed directly to step two. In other words, fuck it.
Chris saw that he was short on time as well as patience when he came up to the jump, and needed to catch up. So he said he was going to step two and said fuck it and goosed the throttle and got into the air.

The "Shadow Step" is a walking technique where one moves completely silent, almost subconsciously, regardless of how fast they're walking. Individuals who exhibit the ability to perform the technique often carry similar traits such as loneliness, introverted life styles, or feelings of disassociation/indifference towards their life. The "Step" cannot be taught or learned conventionally, however the most consistent method of acquisition is through meeting two conditions, the first being an acceptance of lack of self worth or feelings of non belonging in individuals, almost seeing ones self as a ghost in their own life and the second condition being to hold an approximated weight of less than 180 lbs or 81 kg. Increases in confidence in individuals possessing the Shadow Step, will result in a gradual loss in consistency of the technique overtime and one will notice foot steps become heavier as confidence grows.
Person A: "Woah, I didn't even hear you walk up behind me! The room was empty when I turned around. Where did you come from?"
Person B: "I get that a lot unfortunately, its called the Shadow Step"
