someone who is lazy, incompetent, a slacker, a blue falcon, or someone who is just dead weight at their job. However, they are great at kissing ass or know the right people.

When you have a multiple bosses, then you know there is a closet hero somewhere in the middle.

Hero Shot

This occurs in basketball when a player decides to make a momentum changing shot. Usually does not run the offense but instead chucks up a 3 or a bad shot in attempt to score quickly.

Guy 1: Dude, did you see Lebron throw up that fade away 3 pointer with 12 secs still on the shot clock?

Guy 2: Just one of many of his hero shots.
