Term coined by online commenter Randall Smith, in the early 00's under the moniker "rstech", to describe the act of pulling out during unprotected sex prior to ejaculating.

The term refers to the sport of skeet shooting where the competitor calls out "PULL" to signal the release of clay targets at which they will then shoot with a shotgun.

Thus the in the process of "skeet fucking" the male will having intercourse to the verge of orgasm and then "pull" and then "shoot", to avoid ejaculating in their partner, thus hopefully avoiding an unwanted pregnancy.
