The main characteristic of an anti-youtuber is how they subvert Youtuber customs, in a cynical and ironic manner. (i.e. the average Youtuber will tell viewers to "like and subscribe" ; an anti-Youtuber will do it while adding an ironic spin).
A Youtuber that does this while also creating content that isn't focused on another Youtuber can be considered an anti Youtuber. (i.e. iDubbbz and his Content Cop series).
