Franklin Park

Franklin Park is a average size town, a suburb Northwest of Chicago. Known for its Corruption and Republican views. the town normally falls racially between Mexicans (normally from Durango) and Whites. With the closing of Capri Green, some small sets of black residents. The town residents are split up between two different (but connected) High Schools, East Leyden and West Leyden.

While both schools rank average among High Schools in this area, both are known for different reasons. West Leyden has a problem with gangs and drugs. East Leyden is more preppy with violence normally between polish and mexican groups. Also teachers are known for having relationships with students.

Although Franklin Park is also known for its high drug usage, the drugs here are primarily heroin and coke, though most students are known for smoking weed.

The gangs who have occupied this town are known for their areas, with Imperial Gangsters (IG), running the well known "Jungle" area of town or our ghetto and The once highly active Royals, who ran the streets of George , and are all over Franklin Park. With small sets of other gangs moving in including Latin Kings, 22 boys and Cobras. Also has a skater community with its own skate/party crews.

The area is best described as "Mannheim & Grand"... with Mannheim being created by a well known Chicago mobster, Al Capone. The street is still known for its mob covers, meth houses, and hookers.

Jurassic Park

Once a very good book by the lord god Michael Crichton, now a .. fairly good movie. Spun off many sequels that couldn't keep up with Michael's genuis writing style.

Jurassic Park was a better book than a movie. So was congo (somewhat), sphere, although The Great Train Robbery was a great movie-to-book transition. And I base it on nothing other than Crichton himself directed it.

lincoln park high school

A school in the Lincoln park neighborhood of Chicago that is a perfect blend of "preppies" and "gangstaz". The school's mascot is a Lion and everything therefore has been tagged Lion's something, e.g. Lion's Roar newspaper. There is a hill nearby that a lot of people smoke at. Also, nextdoor is Oz Park which was the scene of a stabbing 3 or so years ago. Lincoln Park offers off-campus lunch starting Sophomore year but the neighborhood hates the kids, so that doesn't go too well...A whole bunch of freshies ditch to go off-campus and though a lot get caught, you might be lucky if the security guards are busy that day. There are two buildings - the Freshman building and main building. If you have classes in both, you get a yellow ID which some people manipulate to go off-campus when no one's looking. The school offers Arabic, French, Spanish and something else as languages and there are 4 levels of education - regular, honors, double honors and IB. You can always tell an IB kid if they are "texting" on their graphing calculators and such. The school has foodfights sometimes but other than that, there's nothing too exciting that happens. Yep, that's LP.
