Non-aiming-person,
someone who sucks at shooter games. Similar in use to the word noob, but while noob refers to a new player, nap refers to a player who is bad at aiming regardless of their level of experience.

A: Has this guy ever played any FPS before?
B: I don't think so, look how bad his aim is, what a nap.
