When your bowels all sing together in harmony and belches out a fiber filled, hydrated log, you might expect the typical dropper but its your lucky day, it makes it way to the exit where it finds exit and instead of dropping it just leans over onto a cheek. You now have a leaner that is extended from cheek to exit. Congrats you have peaked.
