This helps because they’re not local, it’s harder for the police to find them and it’s easier to backdoor people they meet along the way to benefit their own pockets. Between the time they begin doing this, and the time they inevitably go to jail, They often come back to their hometown hoods to provide Money, Guns, And drugs for their people to sell and use on the streets.
