Positive Racism

Positive Racism, also called "positive discrimination" is the practice of discriminating an ethnic group in an effort to promote another ethnic group. In most cases majority ethnicities will be positively discriminated against. It is called "positive" because certain groups of people perceive it as progressive and just to promote a minority on the expense of the majority.

The underlying hypothesis behind Positive Racism is that because majority ethnicities of certain societies are oppressing minority ethnicities it is legitimate to "counter-oppress" them and racially discriminate against majority ethnicites. Often a historic context is also used to justify the discrimination. Because of the actions of their ancestor who have long died, their genetic descendants deserve the punishment for these actions in their stead.

People in favour of Positive Racism will argue that only Institutional Racism is racism and only those who benefit from Institutional Racism can be racist. They deny the existence of Individual Racism , the capacity of an individual to be racist regardless of institutions and their belonging to an ethnic group.

As such a poor, disabled person from a majority ethnicity is still perceived as benefting from Insitutional Racism and the corresponding ethnic privilege even in direct comparison with a healthy, rich-born person from a non-majority ethnicity in that society.
A friend's ancedote about Positive Racism:

I was having a discussion about Senator X's student loan program. I was immediately shut down by two SJWs who said that my opinion doesn't matter because I am part of the majority ethnicity and therefore have gotten all these benefits from society. I suggested to them that me being a part of the majority ethnicity doesn't affect whether or not I pay back a student loan and that suggesting a person's opinion doesn't count because of their race and gender is racist. I then was ganged up on by their fellow SJW friends.

racist

most minorities are racist as hell against all white people
anyone can be a racist , all that's needed is the total HATE factor
There's a difference between disliking a people and HATING them.Pre-judging someone and distrusting them or exercising caution towards them based on your experience with them and your disdain for their behaviours and actions isn't the least bit racist because that does not mean that you HATE them.Furthermore if people give you a reason to HATE them then maybe you are to blame?
A true racist is someone who hates an entire ethnic group of people such as all white or all black people and wants to take systematic action against them in the form of violence or suppression.

racist

Non-white Americans can be bigoted or hateful but NEVER racist for they do not have the historical power/pretext.
Black Power and other non-white power movements are striving for equality.
White Power is about gaining and maintaining supremacy, not equality.
NOTE: Black Americans, Asian-Americans, Indian-Americans, Latino-Americans and any non-white American cannot be racist; no matter what they do, they do not have the power to remove freedoms from white Americans or disadvantage white Americans socially, economically, politically, etc.

racism

The desire to live, work, marry and mingle with one's own kind: A nearly-universal desire and virtual law of nature, often expressed as 'Birds of a feather flock together', and denied only by liberals who live and work in areas much too expensive to have any more than a token number of minorities.
Racism is so ingrained and universal that it is reflected not once but twice in our language: The word kind (type) and kind (nice) have the same origin, as does the word like (similar) and like (appreciate), from which we infer that we like those whom we are like, and we are kind to those of our own kind.
