On a qwerty keyboard, the E and the W being next to each other, you might accidentally type W instead of E and inversely. In this particular case, in the word "Wver" the W was mistyped instead of E, giving us the word "Ever". If you came rushing to the urban dictionary thinking it was internet slang, sorry to disappoint you but it's a probably just a typo, stop searching for hidden messages in your girlfriend's message.

ghetto slang for whatever party as in a party with no actual cause just some people getting together to have a good time usually more then 5 people and in a party format with music, finger nibblets, and no parental guardians (unless you are all parents)
