Toffee Sniffer

Someone who is so thick-headed and stupid that their brains cannot possibly be something else other than toffee, and since the human body does not produce toffee naturally, it can only be snorted up through the nose. Also, only people that stupid has the tenacity to actually see it through to sniff up toffee.

My dude, that guy is waiting at that Stop sign for it to go green like a Toffee Sniffer.
