A group or individual who rises above struggle, competition, and hate with unexplainable power, often misinterpreted as mystical or supernatural. The term draws from “woo,” slang for Haitian spiritual energy (voodoo), and flips it into a symbol of street-earned dominance, loyalty, and resilience.
