If someone is a woot; they are a part of a group who make childish jokes amongst themselves and are particularly annoying about it by spreading it to other people who are not considered "woots". The "woots" will hang out with only each other on the weekends and have group chats with only themselves in it. They almost have a million nicknames for each other that aren't mean, but are very immature and silly to the point where they are extremely childish.
