supply teacher 

A substitute (sub)/replacement teacher for a teacher/professor that is absent or otherwise occupied that day/period of class. Generally Americans use the term "sub" or "substitute" instead of "supply". Sometimes the term "supply teacher" can confuse people and make them think its a teacher who gives out school supplies at school, instead of what they are which is an 'extra' teacher available when the original teacher is out.

"Boy, that supply teacher was fit. I hope the next time our teacher is out, he fills in for her."

Super Teacher 

This is the teacher that really does know everything about teaching, lives for teaching, is up on all the buzzwords, stays until 6:00 every night and lets everyone else at the school know it, and usually, but not always, has pretty average to low children herself (it is almost always a female). Most parents love Super Teachers, however, most teachers hate them. If you are a teacher and one of your students has a Super Teacher for a parent, you are screwed. The super teacher usually likes the Alpha Moms of the classroom.

That Super Teacher caught me again after school. I had to spend an hour listening to her tell me how my class should be run.

Derived from the opening of the 1994 film, "Mother's Boys". In the scene, the main character holds a scalpel in an ominous way during a relatively inane scene.

Sport Teacher 

People who take apparent pleasure in causing humiliation and torture to children. They also despise their pupils, unless they are the next sporting prodigy.

My sport teacher said I had to keep shooting at this basketball net until the ball went in. I sat there, my team getting more and more anrgy and taking the mick out of me, trying to get the stupid ball to go in, until my teacher, with an exasperated sigh said I could sit down. Most humiliating event of my life. Just because I'm not very good at it, no matter how hard I try, they still hate me for it. In other subjects, teachers help the dumb kids. Oh no, not in PE.
