A person who says whatever feels right at the time, makes promises in-the-moment but when the time comes to act on that promise their list of excuses for not doing so is endless.

"I thought George said he was going to be here to help?"

"Naw, George is an Emty talker. He never intended to actually follow through."

texting talker

1.- A person who writes a lot on chat with people but doesn't necessarily mean that talks a lot by phone or in person. Usually he or she doesn't.

2.- A sociable person only online (most of the times).

Ex:

Victoria: Sean is always so quiet in class.

Sarah: Yesterday, We were chatting a lot but he barely said Hi today.

Victoria: He is a texting talker for sure.

A person that cuts you off by starting to talk while you having a conversation with them or when you are addressing a group that they are part of

One who continually makes untrue and totally none factual statements about their own self serving version of reality for personal gain.

Telling the world about how totally awesome and smart he was,Bob unknowingly to everyone but himself, turned into a real "Trump Talker".

Work talker

Someone who talks non-stop about work especially to people who aren't coworkers. Common offensives: constant use of lingo and acronyms that others don't understand or care to understand, name dropping of coworkers that others don't know or care to know, going into way too much details about specifics in their work day.

So my new roommate is a work talker. She told me last night in painful detail about how the copier broke at her job and how Susie and Jim (who recently broke up) had to push the reset button and after three times it still would not work. They had to call the service guy who came to fix it and turns out it was the toner because Susie had made so many copies last week when she was working on the S.C.A.N.T project.
