picena/pisona- an italian base name or last name use to name certain important people in the mid 1800's. Although there where many important people at that time only the truly important ones got the name.

The small town of equtinnic was founded in italy in 1789 by an explore name fuccini picena. The town was destroyed in the late 1800's by the romans. They believed that no one was as important as the romans. The town vanish but the name was carried on.

When a person stands still for a moment admiring their own work.

A person standing still for a brief period of time admiring the work they've done instead of getting away from the potentially hazardous situation they're facing. The term usually applies to emergency responders.

That guy wouldn't have gotten hurt if he wasn't standing there doind his picasso pause when the building collapsed; Or the burning propane cylinder; or oncoming train; etc.
