An all around awesome guy. Ned(s) are typically quiet at first but once you get to know him you'll find he has a great personality and a great sense of humor. Once you find a Ned you'll love him forever. Neds(s) are also total savages at comebacks and roasts.

A ned is a non educated delinquent usually based in glasgow but in the more recent years neds have spread more northern around Scotland to areas like dundee and stirling dundee has been completely overrun by neds but it is hard to find a town without them anywhere in central and southern Scotland rhey usually hang put with younger mambers of the public most common starting age is 13 and they go around in young teams they wear distinctive clothing usually a nike cap trakies tucked into their socks and an addidas hoodie they always make sure their cap doesnt match their hoodie but the trainers usually match the cap.
