A hood rat travels in packs and they hunt everything. THey are usally dirty and dress very slutty. They can be more described as a dog, they come when you want them to and will do any command you say. You give these kind of girls no respect. A common concern about this is how much ass will you get after you hook up with a "hoodrat". You probably will be seen pretty dirty for at least 2-6 months afterwards.

A youth (15-25 ish) who habitually wears a hoody (qv) with the hood up. Probably has a feral aspect and a rather nasty cast to their features. (More than likely due to the combination of bad diet and Crack abuse.)
The typical hoodrat is often a shoplifter, twoc-er, or similar low-life fool.

Avoid them, if only for the smell.

3. all hoodrides must feature a super narrowed front beam for extra cool points among their peers. extra credit bro-brah kudos if spindle mount wheels (no front brakes) and roof rack are utilized.

4. a "look" that will, no doubt, be regretted very much like emo as the owner/driver ages.
