A movement to stop consumption of canine meat, oftentimes it's overlapped with vegan movement due to shared motivation: stop any cruelty towards animal, or even overlaps with some religion movement (Judaism, Seventh-Day Adventist, Sacred Name Movement, Buddhism, and Islam) adherents, due to dog meat is strictly prohibited on their religion (since Buddhism and Seventh-Day Adventist are advising {more like, forcing} their adherents to be a die-hard vegan)
