A person(male or female), black, who uses their looks and charms to manipulate their partner to gain material(sex, money, clot). A hoe does not love their partnerand the minute someone with better looks, money or clot comes along they abandon their previous partner and the cycle continues.

Victim: She/he left me for a guy/woman because he is richer than me
Friend: Yeah she/he was a nigger hoe. It's ok, you're still a good person at heart. There more fish in the sea.

nigger bidder

A bidder who places a small bid on an eBay item then changes their mind several days later and cancels the bid. Nigger bidders get banned from eBay because they cancel bids too often, which is against system policy.

My item was up to 26 dollars, suavenegro77 bid 30 bucks, but then he canceled his bid four days later. I'm going to report that nigger bidder!
