The act of sticking your finger into your navel and then wiping it on your friend/enemy's upper lip so the smell won't go away.

Sitting on a couch watching SNL. reach down under your shirt, stick your finger into your navel. remove it and quickly wipe the filthy julie onto your friends upper lip .. the smell will be strong and won't go away very quickly.
